Travel Briefings & DebriefingsEnquire
Before you travel you should know the main risks you might face, any significant events you need to be aware of and be armed with an overview of the current security situation. A travel briefing is useful for inexperienced and seasoned travellers alike, enabling people to travel more safely and is a key component when considering whether an employer is meeting its duty of care obligations.
ILS’s experienced team can provide written or face-to-face briefings. These can also provide an opportunity for travellers to ask questions they may feel uncomfortable raising with their managers.
Following a trip, it may be beneficial for a traveller to have a structured debriefing to highlight what went well and improvements that may be needed, and to discuss any security issues .
Briefings and debriefings can be conducted in person or remotely via phone, skype or zoom to individuals or groups of travellers.
