Implementation means the roll-out of a document framework created in the Develop phase.
Without a well-planned implementation programme risk management documents are unlikely to move from paper to practice, and will never lead to an improved ‘culture’ of Safety and Security.
We have developed a range of different implementation activities that have been shown to improve buy-in from users, and generally increase the ‘culture’ of security across organisations. Activities can include:

- E-learning Videos
