Having policies and procedures is important, but embedding these documents, and turning ‘paper into practice’ is often a challenge. The 'implement' phase of the ILS Project journey supports organisations with change management for improving security culture.

Mentoring: Our risk advisory team can mentor your staff on how (and why!) to manage risk. From board members and senior leadership teams, to programme staff and security focal points, everyone has a role to play in good risk management; let us work with them to develop their knowledge and understanding.

Communications: We can help you devise an appropriate communications strategy to promote risk management and critical documentation to key stakeholders.

Events: We help Identify opportunities for, as well as plan and deliver, fun and impactful security related events, to build the profile and acceptance of risk management programmes. 

Content: We can create multimedia content and find innovative ways to deliver it to your staff using online and mobile platforms. From shortform social-media messaging to longer educational films, using actors or avatars, we communicate the message, with up to date, interesting and engaging, multi-lingual content.
